BizPro Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the BizPro platform and every application, module and service delivered through it. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By registering an organization, creating a user account or otherwise using BizPro, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, and that you are authorised to accept them on behalf of the organization you register. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. The service
BizPro is a no-code business platform: it provides ERP modules, a BPMN 2.0 process engine, dynamic data and form modelling, a B2B marketplace and related web and mobile applications. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops, and will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you rely on.
3. Accounts and security
Your account belongs to you and to the organization that created it. You are responsible for what happens under it.
- Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
- Keep your password and any linked sign-in method (Google, Facebook, Apple, DAN or phone) confidential.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Your organization's administrators can grant, change and revoke your access to data and modules.
4. Acceptable use
You may use BizPro for lawful business purposes only. You must not:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other tenants' data or the underlying infrastructure.
- Interfere with the platform's operation, including by overloading it or circumventing usage limits.
- Resell, sublicense or otherwise make the platform available to third parties without a written agreement with us.
5. Subscriptions, invoicing and payment
Paid modules and editions are billed for the subscription period shown at purchase. Fees are stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated on the invoice, and VAT receipts are issued according to Mongolian tax rules. If a subscription is not renewed before it expires, access to the affected modules is suspended; your data is retained for the period described below so that renewal restores it.
6. Your data
Data your organization enters into BizPro remains yours. We process it to operate the platform, and as described in the Privacy Policy. We keep tenant data logically separated so that one organization cannot read another's records. On termination you may export your data; after a 90-day grace period we may delete it permanently.
7. Intellectual property
BizPro, its source code, design, documentation and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of your subscription. Process models, forms and configurations that you build in the platform belong to your organization.
8. Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party services such as identity providers, payment processors, mapping and messaging providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided through the in-product Support & Development channel and the contact details below.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using BizPro at any time and ask us to close your organization's account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if fees remain unpaid, or if continued use would put the platform or other customers at risk. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform and applicable law change. Material changes are announced in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use BizPro after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion are subject to the competent courts of Mongolia.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the in-product Support & Development channel, or to the contact address published on bizpro.mn.
